I really don't think there is another service company that provides service like Alaskan Air Conditioning & Heating. We have a number of properties and I am shocked that the technician is dispatched as I'm hanging up the phone. It's really amazing to receive that kind of service. We felt desperate when the air-conditioner had an issue in the middle of a very hot summer. To have it fixed within hours is just unheard of and Nick W was super. We appreciate this company! They are awesome. Their techs are super professional and the communication through text is the best. 100% 10 Star

I was hired to perform a heating and cooling check on a vacation home in Alaska. The home was located in a remote area, and the owners had not used the heating or cooling system for several months. When I arrived at the home, I noticed that the heating system was not working properly. The furnace was not producing enough heat, and the air conditioner was not cooling the house effectively. I inspected the furnace and found that it was not receiving enough power. I replaced the fuse and reset the circuit breaker, and the furnace started working properly. I also inspected the air conditioner and found that it was not producing enough cold air. I cleaned the air filter and checked the refrigerant levels, and the air conditioner started working properly. The owners were very grateful for the quick and efficient service I provided. They were able to enjoy their vacation home without any discomfort from the hot or cold weather. Overall, the job was a success, and the owners were happy wi
I was hired to install a new AC unit in a home in Alaska. The unit was a high-efficiency model that was designed to operate efficiently in the cold climate of Alaska. I had to remove the old unit, install the new unit, and connect it to the electrical system. I also had to ensure that the unit was properly insulated and sealed to prevent heat loss. The installation process took several days, but the homeowner was pleased with the results.
